In 2019 I was appointed Honorary Clinical Associate Professor at the UCL Ear institute. Throughout my career I have continued to produce a regular stream of clinical research papers. These can be found by searching my name on the PubMed database

My most significant contribution to the field has been through my textbooks which are currently used widely by training ENT surgeons in the UK and internationally.
